Social networking for law librarians and friends of law libraries

Jennifer Stephens sent me an article from Thomson about the stats on texting while driving. I thought this might be a good avenue to take a poll.

Do you text while driving? I must admit, I text with the right hand and have my left hand on the steering wheel.

No. Not possible at all for me. During AALL, I sort of gained the ability to text while walking, but I find it's best if I sit or stand very still and have no distractions while doing it. [/gadget impaired]
Here in Louisiana, the only good thing the Legislature has done is to ban texting while driving.
I have a hard time texting while sitting still.
I don't. I still have a child living at home who LOVES to text, so I utilize her digits while I drive.
I think more states will consider laws banning texting while driving - it can be dangerous like using the cell phone while driving.
