I often make my students participate in group work or ask them to complete in class assignments based on their reading. Some students love it. Other students in the class think I am asking too much of them. I came across this article this morning on this topic and thought I would share it with all of you http://www.ntlf.com/html/ti/v17n5comp.pdf

For those who may be interested, the United Nations has a new free online audiovisual library. It has really cool historic archives of the UN, a research library, and video lectures on international law subjects. You can search the videos by subject matter or by lecturer. This is a really great resource for any faculty teaching international law subjects!

Hello all,

For anyone struggling with copyright issues, I highly recommend Stanford's Copyright and Fair Use webpage. I especially like the Charts and Tools tab. Lots of really neat stuff. http://fairuse.stanford.edu/
