Still not finished but my observation is that attorneys/executive committee have a very different prospective on legal resources than most librarians, definitely different from our vendors. Gosh, they really have get past everything is online and free! I also think long term contracts (3 years or more) may be a thing of the past , at for awhile. Too much uncertainity economically. What are you all experiencing? Back to my budget ...
