- Charles R. Dyer retired as Director of the San Diego County Public Law Library (San Diego, CA, USA) in 2005. He now serves as a consultant for court systems and law libraries helping them prepare to work with self represented litigants. He also does independent research as a part of his work, using his law and information science background to study cognitive linguistics as it can aid in helping self represented litigants understand legal discourse.
