I'd have to go with Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep? too. Really, quite a different story from Blade Runner, basic plot elements aside. I enjoy a lot of his short stories, too.

I've been meaning to read Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep? since high school. I can't really figure out why I haven't gotten around to it (or any other PKD for that matter), but I suspect it may be the perfection of Bladerunner.
