I will be attending this event and then returning to the convention center for the Gen X /Gen Y Caucus Meeting.

Connell is for "newer Librarians" where as this event is geared more toward "newer librarians" working in the Academic setting or those individuals who would like to switch to academia. The event is going to be good for networking with peers at other academic libraries. We also plan on providing some resources and discussions that we believe will be helpful to folks new on the job or those interested in maybe switching to an academic setting.

Thanks, Katie, but I wondered. I've been to CONNELL (I know it's not the same thing) two years in a row now, and I'm starting to feel like a bit of a fraud masquerading as a "new" law librarian. Whaddya think?
